How can I register or create a Player Account?

Why do I need to submit my ID and bank account for verification?

Submitting your ID for verification along with the bank account details and NIN is necessary to process the withdrawal request in compliance with the AML (Anti Money Laundering) Policy. According to the legislation, all transactions above a certain limit (currently defined as an equivalent of 1000 USD) need to be identified.

I forgot my login details (username or password), what should I do?

Money hasn't been credited to my Player Account. What should I do?

You don't need to worry about your money. It hasn't been lost!

If money has been debited from your bank account but hasn't been credited to your Player Account, the transaction was likely not completed correctly.

Please send your transaction confirmation from bank along with the reference number and your Casino username (phone number) to the Customer Support at: info@doxxbet.ng or +234 (0) 818 890 8888 (WhatsApp/call). If the payment was indeed transferred to our bank account, we will trace it and credit it to your Player Account.

If we are unable to trace the payment, the bank likely did not process the transaction, and in this case, the money will be automatically refunded to you within a few business days.

Failed Card Deposit

If you experience a failed card transaction, it could be due to the absence of card registration for a safety token. For security reasons, your credit card needs to be registered for a safety token, which allows the generation of transaction confirmation OTP text messages.

You can verify the registration status and request the safety token registration from your bank. Simply inform your bank of the issue by stating: "I encountered a failed internet payment due to the safety token not being generated, as my card is not registered on the Token Platform."

How to save Credit/Debit card for recurring deposits

To save your card for recurring deposits not tu have re-enter your card details each time, please choose Paystack for the card payment and click "Save this card" after filling in card details. Provide the mobile number to receive OTP for authentication.

🚨Note: Mind that Paystack saves card details under an emai address which is by default set to: YourPhoneNumber@doxxbet.ng. You can change it to your personal email address if you like.

Withdrawals - how do I pay out my winnings?
